Celebrating Western Heritage
The Vauxhall Agricultural Society is proud to celebrate Western heritage while
supporting community connection, youth development, and agriculture. Each year,
the Vauxhall Rodeo Grounds serve as a hub for families, competitors, youth, and
community members to come together through sport, tradition, and shared experiences.

Arena Improvements & Facility Development
The Vauxhall Agricultural Society continues to invest in the rodeo grounds to ensure a
safe, functional, and welcoming facility for both competitive events and family
recreational use. Recent upgrades include renovations to livestock pens and
infrastructure behind the chutes, improving safety and efficiency for riders, stock, and
volunteers.
Our most exciting addition is the construction of a new Multipurpose Building, scheduled
to be available for rentals in Spring/Summer 2026. This space will support weddings,
banquets, meetings, and community events. While construction is almost complete,
additional funding is still required to fully complete and equip the building.
We invite individuals, businesses, and community partners to become sponsors and
support this important project.
Arena Rentals & Fees
Rental Rates:
1. Daily Arena Rental – $250.00
2. Hourly Rental (Arena & Equipment) – $50.00
3. Hourly Rental (Arena Only) – $25.00
4. Non-Member Drop-In Fee – $20.00 per rider/ride
Membership Fees
- Yearly Family Membership (immediate family living in the same residence) –
$200.00
- Yearly Individual Membership – $75.00
- Annual Vauxhall Agricultural Society Membership Fee – $1.00 (required)
